    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By downloading, installing, or using the Doodiya application (package name: com.doodiya.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mustaqeem Farms & Tech.

    If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not use the Doodiya application. By continuing to use the application after any updates to these terms, you confirm your continued acceptance.

    2. Use of the Application

    Doodiya is a business productivity tool intended to assist milkmen and dairy businesses in managing daily milk deliveries, customer records, and billing. The application is provided for lawful business use only.

    You agree that you will not:

    • Use Doodiya for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
    • Use the application in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application or its backend systems
    • Use Doodiya on behalf of any third party without proper authorization

    3. User Responsibilities & Accurate Information

    You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into Doodiya, including customer records, delivery quantities, and billing data.

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should take immediate steps to secure your account and notify us.

    You are solely responsible for the business decisions and actions you take based on data managed through Doodiya. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from your use of the application.

    4. Data & Privacy

    Your use of Doodiya is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

    You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Doodiya (customer records, billing records, delivery entries). We do not claim ownership of your data.

    By using Doodiya, you grant us permission to store and process your data as necessary to provide the services described in the application and Privacy Policy.

    5. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain the availability of Doodiya and its backend services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application or its services at all times.

    We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the application or any part of its services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

    We are not liable to you or any third party for any suspension, modification, or discontinuation of the service.

    6. Third-Party Services

    Doodiya integrates with the following third-party services:

    • Google OAuth: Used for authentication. Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your Google account.
    • Google Drive: Used optionally for data backup when explicitly authorized by you. Google's Terms of Service apply to your Google Drive usage.

    We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or availability of third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mustaqeem Farms & Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of business data or business records
    • Business losses or revenue losses
    • Errors or inaccuracies in the application
    • Unauthorized access to your account or data
    • Interruptions in service availability

    Doodiya is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

    8. Subscriptions, Fees, and Account Suspension

    Doodiya may offer free and/or paid features. The terms of any paid features, including pricing and billing cycles, will be disclosed to you before any charges are applied.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws.

    You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature within the application or by submitting a deletion request through our website. See our Delete Account page for instructions.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Significant changes may also be communicated through the application.

    Your continued use of Doodiya following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the application.
