Delete Account & Data

    Instructions for permanently deleting your Doodiya account and all associated business records.

    What happens when you delete your account?

    Account deletion is a permanent action. Once completed, we will permanently erase the following data from our active servers:

    • Your user profile and account details
    • All customer records and contacts
    • Daily milk delivery entries
    • Billing history and payment status

    Note: If you have enabled Google Drive Backups, those backup files are stored in your personal Google Drive account and must be deleted manually by you.

    Option 1: In-App

    Fastest Method

    The quickest and most secure way to delete your data is directly from within the Doodiya application while you are logged in.

    1Open the Doodiya app
    2Go to Settings
    3Select Legal & Privacy
    4Tap Delete Account
    5Confirm deletion when prompted

    Option 2: Email Request

    If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team. We will need to verify your identity before proceeding.

    • Your full name
    • Phone number used for the account
