    This Privacy Policy describes how Mustaqeem Farms & Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Doodiya mobile application (package name: com.doodiya.app).

    Doodiya is a business productivity tool designed to help milkmen and dairy businesses manage daily milk deliveries, customer records, and billing. We are committed to collecting only the minimum information required to deliver our services, and to being transparent about how that information is used.

    By using Doodiya, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

    2. Information We Collect

    Doodiya collects the minimum information required to provide its services. We do not collect information beyond what is described here.

    Account Information

    When you create or manage your Doodiya account, we collect:

    • Your name
    • Your phone number
    • Your address
    • Your dairy or farm name

    Business Records

    Doodiya stores business records that you enter into the application, including:

    • Customer names, phone numbers, and addresses
    • Milk delivery quantities per customer
    • Billing records and payment status
    • Daily delivery entries

    What We Do NOT Collect

    Doodiya does not collect:

    • Background location data
    • Camera photos or media
    • Personal device identifiers beyond what is needed for app functionality

    Permissions

    The only permission Doodiya requires is INTERNET — for data synchronization and account services. Doodiya does not request location, camera, microphone, or other sensitive device permissions.

    3. How We Use Information

    We use the information collected to:

    • Create and manage your Doodiya account
    • Enable you to record and manage daily milk delivery data
    • Provide billing and customer record management functionality
    • Synchronize your data across the application
    • Deliver the core service features of Doodiya

    We do not use your data for advertising. Doodiya contains no advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

    4. Data Storage & Security

    Your data is stored locally on your device and, where applicable, synchronized with managed backend infrastructure operated by Mustaqeem Farms & Tech. All data transmission between the application and our servers is conducted over HTTPS (encrypted connections).

    We use JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) for authentication and session management. Authentication is handled through Google OAuth, which means your password is managed by Google and never stored by Doodiya directly.

    We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

    5. Data Sharing

    We do not share your personal information or business records with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

    • Service Providers: We may use trusted technical service providers to help us operate our backend infrastructure. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
    • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority.
    • Google OAuth: When you sign in with Google, Google's Privacy Policy applies to your Google account. We only receive the information necessary to authenticate your identity.

    6. Google Drive Backups

    Doodiya offers an optional feature to back up your business data to your personal Google Drive. This feature is only activated when you explicitly authorize it within the application.

    When you enable this feature, your backup files are stored in your own Google Drive account. We do not have access to your Google Drive files and cannot read, modify, or delete your backup data without your authorization.

    You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or through the Doodiya application.

    7. Account & Data Deletion

    You have the right to delete your Doodiya account and all associated data at any time.

    Account deletion permanently erases your profile, customer records, daily delivery entries, and billing history from our active servers.

    To delete your account from within the app:

    • Open the Doodiya app
    • Go to Settings
    • Select Legal & Privacy
    • Tap Delete Account
    • Confirm deletion when prompted

    8. Data Retention

    We retain your account information and business records for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Doodiya service.

    Upon account deletion, your data is removed from our active servers. Residual copies in backup systems may persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.

    9. Children's Privacy

    Doodiya is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

    10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

    Continued use of Doodiya after changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
