To provide accurate milk ledger and delivery management, Doodiya collects:
Milkman Profile
Name, phone number, dairy/farm name, location/city.
Customer Ledger Data
Customer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, and daily milk quotas (morning/evening shifts).
Transaction Records
Daily delivery entries, rates per liter, payment logs, and balance dues.
Device Diagnostics
Basic device logs for crash prevention and synchronization.
How We Protect Your Data (Offline-First Architecture)
- Encrypted SQLite Database: Your records are primarily stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database.
- Encrypted Cloud Sync: When an active internet connection is available, records are securely synchronized to our MongoDB cloud server via encrypted HTTPS/SSL connections.
- Zero Commercial Exploitation: We do not sell, trade, or distribute your personal data or your customers' contact information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Customer Communications & WhatsApp
Doodiya does not spam your customers. WhatsApp statements and payment receipts are only dispatched directly through your device via your own WhatsApp application when initiated by you.
