By accessing and using Doodiya, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms:

Intended Purpose
Doodiya is provided exclusively for dairy farming, milk distribution, and agricultural ledger bookkeeping. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 4-digit security PIN.

Calculations & Financial Records
Doodiya automatically calculates monthly and weekly customer bills based on the rates, dates, and milk quantities entered by the user. Final settlement of cash remains an agreement between the milkman and their customers.

PIN Security & Account Lockout Policy
30-Second Temporary Lockout: Entering an incorrect PIN 3 consecutive times triggers an automatic 30-second lockout.
Permanent Account & Device Block: Repeated failed attempts (3 to 4 lockout cycles) will permanently block the account and device to prevent unauthorized access.
Reactivation & Super Admin Verification: Account reactivation is restricted to Super Admin verification. Users must contact our official WhatsApp helpline at +923286623494 or email info@mustaqeemfarms.com to verify identity and restore access.
